First guests of the season arrive on July 2nd and this unit is complete. Unit is next to the last unit on the west end and has spectacular view of the Avalon Pool and the Gulf. The Kitchen has upgraded stained cabinetry and all new appliances including, Maytag Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Unit has a fresh coat of paint and has plank, porcelain tile throughout. The full size stack washer/Dryer are believed to be 2-3 years old. Both bedrooms have private bath and there is a half bath for guests. The unit is well decorated with upscale furnishings. The Beach Club Resort itself is unique to the Gulf Coast. Sitting on 86 acres it has something for everyone. There are restaurants, bars, Tennis courts, basketball court, pools at each tower, a full service spa and oh yes 1500 feet of white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. If that is not enough with optional membership you join the Club and have two more pools to chose from along with a fitness room, locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas and a game room for the kids. The Beach Club property and the Avalon Tower in particular have undergone a lot of work over the last couple of years and what that means to you that work and the expense of it are in the rear view mirror. In addition to all of the painting and visual things that you notice the irrigation system throughout the property has been redone, much of the landscaping has been or is in the process of being redone and in the Avalon all four elevators have had the electronic components upgraded and much more.
